At Luxury Garden Buildings UK we have created and designed stunning self contained garden annexes and lodges. Whether they are for a relative or a luxury holiday retreat, we have the whole package. We have designed a package that eliminates all your worries as a buyer and have included everything you need within our price plan which includes, Planning permission approval, building regulations, shower rooms, kitchens, 1-3 bedrooms.
The Process and what's included
The Process
At Luxury Garden Buildings UK we have put our experience in construction and customer communication together to develop a system that will help you feel confident and at ease when choosing the perfect annex. We would invite you to view our annexes and discuss floor plans with the help of our dedicated sales team who will also offer an on-site survey to you. Our prices included everything from start to finish and we will take care of any planning approval and building regulations. Approval can take up to 6 weeks, we would then arrange for your drainage and water feed to be installed and a date suited to you will arranged to erect your building. We would usually have three installers on your project this can take up to 3 weeks to be completed. The building will be inspected at certain stages of the project by building control to ensure we meet all the approved standards. Upon completion we would offer a snag or sign off to ensure you are completely satisfied.

Our annex 2 features everything the annex 1 has but offers accommodation up to 4 people with 2 spacious bedrooms

The lodge is our top of the range annex built to accommodate up to 6 people with a range of 1 to 3 bedroom models, our lodge offers the ideal holiday home for the commercial and residential sector.
